We begin with a detailed questionnaire to better understand your photo organizing goals. You'll receive a Project Proposal including scope of work, expected costs, and a good-faith timeline. Once you're happy, we get to work!

Sorting and Organizing
Print Photographs

Includes: sorting, purging, organizing, and preserving printed photographs and other media, plus detailed interviews to undrestand and document photo subjects and family relationships.

Priced per hour with upfront deposit

Initial $500 deposit covers first five hours of work
Subsequent sorting and organizing $100/hr, billed weekly to credit card on file
Weekly progress reports and regular communication with Photo Manager
Automatic card processing and weekly emailed receipts
Custom archival storage boxes purchased according to each project

Digitizing
Print Photographs

Includes: scanning with specialized photograph scanners to create high-resolution (600 dpi) digital files of each image. Files will be lightly edited for accuracy to the originals.

Priced per scan, quoted and paid upfront

Printed photos and documents up to 8.5x11": $0.37/scan
Slides and film negatives: $0.47/scan
Damaged or fragile photos and documents, up to 8.5x11": $0.97/scan

At this time, we are unable to scan 3D objects or items larger than 8.5x11", but will be adding these soon!
