A Liquidations Assessment is an independent evaluation by our liquidations specialist, who is credentialed by the American Society of Estate Liquidators. This is the best way to determine what options are available for emptying the contents of your home. You then receive a detailed written report and customized plan, and the option to DIY the rest or to hire us to manage the process.
Why do we say it’s an independent evaluation? Even though our consultant is able to plan for and manage Whole-Home Online Auctions through our partner, Maxsold, they will determine whether that is your best option or not. If there are better options for your specific needs (like private dealers, specialty auctioneers, donation sites or cleanout haulers) you will receive a list of those resources and recommendations.

Tthe important thing to remember is that the real value is in the structure of your home, not the contents. Know that there are a lot of ways to empty a house. Some are fast and others are slow. Some will cost a lot, some will cost a little. But in all cases, there is SOME COST involved. We'll make a recommendation for your BEST option(s), and be there to execute as much or as little as you need!

Our belongings are almost never worth what we paid for them - remember, you're asking someone to buy your "used stuff!" Even if you paid $2,000 for it new, does not mean there's a buyer willing to pay more than $10, if there's even a buyer interested at all. Styles come and go, and not everything holds its value over time.
DIY-ing the cleanout yourself may save you dollars, but it can cost dearly in your time and physical labor (think: dragging items out to the curb, boxing things up to send to family, making countless car trips to the donation center, etc).
